    Question Quarnford

    Such a good day shot the course again with Steyr,did not improve on first round, Karl & Sonia buggered off to get the nose bag on @ the Plough in Enden,hope the staff had prior warning

    Sorry to inform you all but the shoot scheduled for Sunday April the 8th at Quarnford is cancelled due to heavy snowfall.

    Tell you what Stevie when I got to the top it looked a bit dodgey so got my binnos out to have a look down the track---- he was well snowed in there was no way down not without a snow plough.

    As expected it was bloody wet & early doors blowing a gale,got to peg 14 & almost gave up conditions were that bad,Karl wanted to pack it in thought it was un-shootable so retired to the cabin for a while, temp when we first started was 1.5 degrees really cold with the wind chill to cope with as well.score in the conditions were not too bad just piped his nibs by 1 point

    O dear boys looking like a wet & windy day again on Sunday, still it`s Quarnford, great shoot ,great company so who cares about the weather.

    O dear the wheels came off in the wind,which I found bloody awful, not a good day.
    Will have to put my mind to the task @ next shoot ,funny feeling it may be on that damed hill.
    Can but hope for a calmer day------------- but then again it is Quarnford.

    What makes you think that Pete?.....on Sunday every time I got on target the wind moved arms/gun/aim/ to the right, going round like a weathervane on every target except 13, remember that one?
