Well not the hill for a start, each course takes a turn but when the hill is used it always sems to be windy. Pleased that you enjoyed the challenge though. How did you fare on number 13 it was the small target to the right of the course way down below.

Hiya..I knocked it down 1st shot..then second shot just hit it!..I was really surprised because it was the 1st time I had used that rifle..only bought it the day before from Blackpool Air Rifles!..only made 58 points altogether but better luck next time eh?!..how did you get on?

Did my back on Sunday & at the moment could not shoot,hope it is better for next shoot.
That bloody hill course don`t like me & visa versa.

It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of two people who were friends to many at Quarnford Airgunners, both will be sadly missed.
Jim Stewart who died last Sunday following a short illness was a Quarnford regular, originally frequenting the clay shoots before changing to FT, Jim usually shot his BSA Airsporter. Funeral on Tuesday at Stockport Crematorium.
Peter Shaw died last week from a recently diagnosed brain tumour, Peter enjoyed all aspects of shoooting sports and usually had a tale or two to tell. He was well known locally having owned a gun shop in Russell St. Leek
Arrangements to be confirmed.

Yes Edwin really sad to hear of the passing of two really nice guys,as you say Jim was a regular @ Quarnford with his mate Stuart & Peter was known thruout the area always willing to have a chat with a welcome cup of tea.
Regards to all see you @ Quarnford on the 10th----hope we don`t start the year on that bloody hill.
