Anyone aiming at (or focussing on in FT) such target numbers is making a mistake........
Damn good idea,as long as they are visibly attendant to the target as seen from the firing point, don't need to be cuddling them though .
Ft used to have targets without corresponding numbers denoting the target to shoot, lots of arguments about that then also.
Pulling the string is all well and good, but numerous times the string goes behind bushes/trees and is near nigh impossible to see where it is attached, especially if the target is very firmly fixed down.
Maybe colour bars on the target matching up to the peg colour,in sequence shouldn't need too many colours, and be damn difficult to bracket a spray job.
Shebbear 's courses are very good and clear, worth a trip to shoot them.
Sorry couldn't make it down this year Rich, wife wants to do the christmas day dip in the sea at Bude.If we make it down could try having a coupla pints later maybe.

Thanks for the kind words. We are presently waterlogged so you might not need to go so far as Bude to get the dip in the water. Only one day free from rain in the last 40, even Noah didn't have much worse than that to contend with.

You'll enjoy the changes to the back end of the FT course; we drop the manicured look and go quite overgrown for the last five lanes.
