I use RWS hobbies in .177 in my old guns and they seem to like them might be worth a try

Also Superdomes, Marksman, and even Milbro seem to be ok in the older BSA's and Webley's , cheap too but avoid the modern Wasp offerings they are not to be compared with the Ely Wasps of old...

Hi......I use anything 4.52/53 in my long .177's (rifles).....ie. H+N ftt, JSB, Daystate 4.53......If I am shooting at longer (25-40 yd) ranges......at closer ranges, the hobbies are really good, as are R10 match or Finale match.

In the Premier and Mk1 pistols I have been shooting recently, I have found R10's to be very good out to 10 yards, which is the longest range I have shot so far.

+ 1 for R10's they seem to work well in both.
