Cheers for that Greg.
Firstly on behalf of Ryan Paddy and myself can I thank Millride and everyone that attended today for making it such a great competition, We had 99 people competing today
Leaving home at 6:30 this morning the weather was dire and after aquaplaning down most of the M6 we arrived at a soggy Millride, Half the course had been set out in open fields and the other half was in woodland so it made a great contrast and brought a lot of good shooters to their knees didn't it Chris
Top score of the day once again went to Ryan Charlton with a hugely impressive 59 making it three 100% in a row.
This is made even more impressive when you think that he spends the morning running around like a headless chicken as the chief marshall then grabs his walther does the safety speech and then goes and shoots the course, usualy whilst he is doing this he has also offered to take a young shooter round the course with him to offer them some advise and guidance.

Cheers for that Greg.
Nice to see you had a good turnout Greg.
Hi
What an Excellent turn out today.
I've Updated the scores on the Midlands HFT Website & in the process of doing the Leader Board
also I've uploaded Photos me & my Daughter Sinead took today.
As for me, I normally shoot bad, but today I was AWFUL .
Just couldn't read the wind from pegs 1 to 13. I also shot the wrong target, even though they are all numbered I even managed to knock it down, if I didn't do that & knocked the correct target, I would of been joint last with Chris
It was good meeting all the old faces & the new ones
Look Forward to the next round.
Regards
Paddy.

The toxicity of lead varies, depending upon the weight of its doseage and its velocity!

Thanks to Paddy, Greg and the "talented mr" Charlton and all at Millride for a great days' shooting. The course was really good, and so was the company as ever.
mankind is merely a gnats fart in the great wind of creation, but it sure does stink up the place.
A great day. Thanks Ryan, for taking time to help Emily and lend me your gun when mine was evidently tit$-up.
And thanks to Millride for a super course.
Martin
Thanks
I've done the Leader Board now. Within the three rounds there have been 100 different shooters in the open class & 19 in the Juniors
So thanks for the support for our first season & may it continue.
Regards
Paddy.

Dave and Peter can collect their winnings at the next round, but remember if you are not at the next round the cash goes back in the pot and get rolled over. Hope to see you at Furnace Mill, or do we

Sunday was my first ever comp. only been shooting for about 6 months, Had great teachings from stoke lads Paul - Lez - & Mark @ Rough Wedge. Got a score of 45, with the bad wind from pegs 1-13, first time shot in the wind.
Just to say that a BIG THANK YOU goes to all who made me feel welcome.
