IIRC Webley made it's first air-pistol prototype in 1909 or 1910. It was an attractive looking design but was nothing like the Johnsone-Fearn designs that started from the 1920's. I think the prototype is in the Birmingham Proof House Museum. I do not know how many were made but I think WW1 stopped it going into production. Maybe this is the centenary in question?

A fair question, what centenary? Must be that early pistol desgn that never made it to production.

By the way, nice Webely's there John
