I think it was the Jubile that had a green laminate stock on her, have seen one on a 97 and that looked very nice. atb

    1980's hype ?

    Hi again folks

I've just realised today that there isn't much written evidence of the 1980's power output of the HW35.

Airgunworld tended to give the manufacturers velocity figures in the early Eighties and only detailed tests by Geoffrey Boxall were chronographed.

But I do have one article where a HW35 was chronographed.

The article was Entitled "Eureka" by Gerald Cardew from 1983.

In this article the power of a leather sealed HW35 is given as 14.5 ftlbs.

So perhaps it wasn't all hype after all ?

    Hi Dave

I've just been searching for pictures of the green laminate 35 and it seems like it was the Millenium 35 and not the Jubilee that had the Green stock.

Wish I could find a picture of it

    All the best Mick
