Are so it was Steve Light stiring it all up again.....

TBH, it was so over distance it was obvious.

Some people who know the rules couldnt get their heads round the fact that it may be wrong so shot it at 35 yards and came up short......some people, who dont know the rules, shot it as it looked (40 yards) and got it.....

Bottom line was it wasnt puka so it was rightly pulled, Steve Light triumphs again........well done Mark....well done Spence......

If it was a case that Mark had shot a legal target and missed, and then that target was later pulled because of a defect i would say you had a point Dave. But this is not the case.
I was the other person to clear the course, I started on peg 15 When I got to around peg 10 I had herd that number 14 had been pulled, So I had no way in hell to shoot the target.

I wasn't a marshall or any official in any way, just a regular shooter, so did I cheat aswell because I couldn't shoot peg 14

I vowed never to get involved in all the politics... BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

FACT 1 : Andrea and I were on the peg next to Mark and Connor.
He was already aware of some negitive commont's from a previous
    shoot....
He asked Andrea and myself to verify EVERY shot he took so no
comeback or further comment's could be made.

FACT 2 : He shot like a demon!!
When peg 14 didn't go down, because he shot it at it's maxium
distance under UK rules, he turned to me and said he didn't think
it was a legal shot as it looked too far for a kneeler/stander.
Andrea and I took the shot at 40 yard's and it went down.

FACT 3 : Mark moved on to his next peg. He neither left his peg to go and
to go to moan nor did he call any Marshall's over.... He carried
on and accepted that he got one point.

FACT 4 : I have been to many shoots where target's have been pulled that
I have shot down myself , where other people have missed and have
then gained another 1 or 2 point's. They have gone on to beat me
it happen's and you live with it.

Mark fair and square got 60 point's and that's a fact!!
As for the comment made by a man who didn't even shoot grow up man and learn to shoot!!

Many thank's to all the guys at WLR and well done to Andrea who got her personal best score of 58 and beat me again

You can only shoot the targets that are available on the day,and if thats what were there, as far as I am aware those left were knocked down, ergo a clear round.

It seems only certain people have to miss it for it to be pulled.

Are you actually saying that he had a target pulled so he could get his clear?

From what I have heard the kneeling target was illegal and as such it was pulled. The target was at maximum range and as such was shot at 35yds; this is because it was a UK spec course. Why would anyone put there 40 yard marker in a kill that can only be 35yards? You would put your 35 and 30 yard marker in the kill.

Mark is a stickler for the rules and if anything too honest. If the target infringed the rules which it did it was illegal, end of story.
Rules are rules, you might not like them but those are the ones we shoot to and are bound by until changed and if every one understood them (as you should) we would not have so many 'misunderstandings' from time to time..

Was;nt there but my take on it

If a target is found not to be to UKAHFT rules and that is what you are shooting to then 100% it should be pulled no problem .
    Every-one gets a 2 thats what happens .
At the end you count your score up and put it into the tent, end of .
2 guys have got a sixty and we should be congratulating them not putting shiiiiitttt against their names .
Well done to you both and hope to see you at MAD on the 21 st FEB where you will be put to the very best of tests .
