Nope some are marked .44, a friend of mine bought a ROA a couple of months ago marked .44.
Belive the early ones were marked as .44, so you will need the correct slot on your FAC.

I have a 2006 ROA stainless (my second !!) - that was on the previous owners as a 44 - but should correctly be a 45

I had the RFD notify the licensing dept & it's now on my FAC as a 45

    ..and it is BEAUTIFUL !

Speaking of target / non-target sights....

    ....how many prefer target? Non-target?

Foolishly I purchased my ROA thinking "they didn't have adjustable sights in those days" .
I later realised that the ROA is a mix-match of many pistols ... DOH !!
So mine has fixed sights and I love it.
I later purchased a precision single-shot pistol, with a set trigger, and couldn't shoot it for toffee. My average, ex 100, with the ROA is 6 points better now.

    Such is life.

Do you think the set trigger may be the culprit? Or the grip shape?
