    Bargain scope from ?

Just bought a Tasco 10-40x50 (front p/a) target scope new in the box for £100 inc the next day post.
I think I got a bargain but not sure just how good.
Havent seen one advertised anywhere after a rather brief scan.

Anyone know how much they retail for?

Had a look around because thats the kind of scope I'm after at the moment. there are some fairly good deals on but on the whole they are not well known names. The ones like Simmons or Hawke go quickly and there's competition for.

Anyway, trouble finding it in this country after a quick search. Have found it in the states at the above address. Was 212USD now reduced to 158USD. thats roughly 100GBP and you didn't have to get it shipped over.

So, guess how good the deal is depends on your results with it. Which in fact I'd be interested in. So, could you drop me a line when you know,

    urx,
Does this look like the one:"Tasco 10-40X50 AO" . I have the 8-32X44 AO myself, have not given it a workout as yet. £100 with carriage if new. you didn't get hurt.

URX - I have one - Tis a good scope, a little dark on 50x like most with 12 tubes but really not bad for the money.

Much better than simmons and shoots the same sized grups as my huge all singing and dancing leupold.

thats the one, its the 1/8th moa version and is now mounted on my Daystate SE with the short sunshade. long one was almost as long as the rifle.

Its was pristine still in the bags, never seen a set of mounts, perfect
