A couple of weeks ago my son Stefan, whom some of you will know from the HFT circuit, dropped his rifle accidently. Broke the bolt handle and scuffed up the stock. At Emley/Redfearns he went to see Tony Belas to see how much a replacement bolt would be or better still the brass swan neck as it would be easier for him to pull.
Tony very kindly offered to send him a brass swan neck ... The price .. "buy me a cup of coffee"...
True to his word a package arrived today from Daystate. Seemed a little larger than needed for just a bolt handle...
Not only a new bolt handle for his rifle but a brand new walnut left hand stock! Stefan is absolutely delighted to say the least...
Many thanks to Tony and Daystate for there generosity. It's great to see companies like this supporting young shooters in the sport.
Tony & Stefan
its not just young shooter that Tony and Daystate support this is just another in a long line of good stories about daystate and their customer service
Hehe, well I hope they get a move on with my MK3 then !
Lyne ! Tony ! I know I said no rush, but....
tight bugger wouldn't give me a cap, Bill Sanders did Nice one Bill cheers Mate
Breathtaking customer care from Daystate, what a way to encourage a young shooter. I just hope that it doesn't get spoiled by those who would try to take advantage.
that nice mr Belas gave me a hat and fleeced jacket and all I had to do in return was to go paddling in a pond along with a MK3
Actually Lou there were 2 reasons for Tony not shelling outOriginally Posted by Exverminator
