It is engaged nearly all the time then when it does ring no one answers ??

I got Tel no off their site.

even emailed them ??

All that and my first day back at work as well..

Nope, we know after the new year the Alco-pops drinkers come out and start to become pesties, so we give them a day or two to sober up before they start crying over the phone.

with all the best of respect mr. taylor there have been more than a few niggles that folk can not get hold of you by either email or telephone, but any little bit of criticism on this forum is soon spotted and delt with in your own immaculate fashion may i suggest an answer phone.

And if you give an e-mail address for public domain then dont respond, WHY did you give it out in the first place.
