    Sorry to go off track....
Never owned one. I've fired a couple and found them to be top heavy. I.M.O chains and airguns just dont seem to go together.

Congratulations Gareth - I've also got a Webley factory museum Omega from the same auction - I bought 18 air rifles there!

Well done on getting her in your stable. Do you have another .177 Omega that you actually shoot though? I'd like a .177 Omega once I have my Feinwerkbau Sports sorted out - you know how tricky they can be keeping them together, they all want to be First - flippin Teutonic Prima Donnas...

Ha ha. Hi Alistair and cheers. I shoot all my rifles, and even though a rare beast, the one detailed here will get regular outings, too. My other .177 Omega goes today unfortunately, as I promised it to a fellow Omega nut as and when the .177 Webley Auction Omega, as above, ended up in my rack. Sorry Bud, you'll just have to persevere with the Teutonic tantrums.

What did it go for in the end then matey? My money is on £350, and even as a lover of the marque and model in question, no Webley Omega is worth anything like that much (unless it is gold plated or was once owned by Terry D ).

Yes, with a bespoke stock like that, I can see it, but not in a standard stock, which even as a lover of the Omega (as I may've mentioned once or twice ), I have to admit, can be particularly bland ...
