    Casing a Webley Service MK2

I recently bought a lovely old leather shotgun case to house my near mint Webley Service MK2 (one barrel). The case sports a lovely brown patina but the internal lining will need replacing (on my list of things to do).

I am thinking of including period accessories with the rifle and would like to acquire a nice period Webley oil can and, if possible, include some original adverts for the rifle or even an instruction manual etc (not asking much am I?!) I have a tin of the correct Webley pellets.

Does anyone know where I can obtain the said items? I have checked the usual dealer sites but accessories seem few and far between . Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards
    Nick

    Hi Nick,

You could try a wanted ad for said items.......or try that well known auction site as they do come up occasionally...beware of copies at high prices though for the oil cans. The shiseters/crooks can do very good ones i'm advised...good luck in your quest.

Thanks HWVIXEN for your advice. I will place an ad in the wanted section.

Still looking for an oil bottle...
