    127 help please

Looking for a .22 pellet, for use in a 127 that used to love selected webley specials.

Round head - under 14 grains - must measure at least .217 across the head (bit of a coincidence that, now I look at those numbers).

    Any suggestions gratefully received.

Have you tried RWS Superdomes. They are bit heavier than you want (14.5gr if I remember correctly), but close on size I think. Their quality always looks good. A lighter pellet is the Milbro Caledonian, but they never look too nice. They are cheap though, but if you use them put the gun over a chrono.

I've tried a few different pellets in my 127, Accupells didn't work too well, AA Diabolo Field worked very well, but cost, H&N FTT were ok.

So for me, cost and consistency (compromise), I stick with The RWS SD's. On my gun they run at about 11.4.

Small (4.48mm) Defiant, at 14.0 grains would be ideal.

Not too sure that putting .177's through a .22 is 'ideal'

    superdomes

as mentioned above quality and size most suitable for german guns.14.5gr.
the hardness is a consideration and a/a while consistant are to soft in my opinion.

    Thanks for the help fellas,

You're right about the superdomes, they are good, just not as good as the old webley specials were.

I've been recommended Falcon Accuracy pellets at about 13.5 grains. These sound just the ticket. Have any of you tried these in a 127?
