Air / Divers Cylinder Pillar Valve

Does anyone know where I might obtain a replacement pillar valve (A Clamp fitting) for a divers cylinder, or a company that repairs them as I have damaged the spindle on mine.

My understanding , is they have to be fitted by a Dive Centre / Service Station
