    Sheridan stripdown

Hello. I have a Sheridan .20 c series Pump.I have taken it apart to replace seals but cant get the rear section the sloping bit with the trigger.I have found loads of drawings from the Crossman site etc, I cant see any further fixing pins / screws. One of the manuals list an extra long screw driver??? Does any body know if there are any fixings in the pump tube or does the Trigger unit just have. to be tapped out
All help and advice gratefully accepted

    Sheridan rear block removal

There are no hidden fasteners - only the thru pin or 2 screws (depending on age) that you see. A dose of penetrating oil into the junction, plus gentle tapping, should free the block. They tend to get glued in place with dried oil over the decades.

    Be patient but persistent...

    Smile Tools for sheridan strip

The information was spot on Trigger mechanism came out no problem.

The blog from CARTER TOOLS was top class.

Now I need to know what thread to is on the valve to make a puller and what size is the square for the other end.
I can see the tools on the CARTER blog but he doesnt give any info.

It's the same as on the Benjamin, 9/32-32
    See here:

I have used that puller on every Benjamin and Sheridan (including the one in that strip I linked to previously) I've taken apart, although who knows if there are other variations...

Thank you that will save me loads of time. And Carter tools came back with the puller thread size.

And some 18mm DELRIN rod came today so I can make the pistons for the 2 guns I have.
