    Kibworth results for the 13th

Decent turn out again and again bitterly cold, Roger the Robot Dyson just edged out New Kid on the Block (well not so much of a kid) Daniel Turner, who i did say he would miss number 13 on the 13th and he plated it (note to self must say it after shot) and the crazy gang from Anston seemed to enjoy it, but now Nigel is coming out with his jokes as well and we still have UK Neils jokes to contend with im surprised any shooting gets done

    P.S.
    Note to Dan Punnydan Turner
That close one that you missed, Roger got it, i know you complained after you missed it in jest but lets look at this, if i took scores off everyone on that target Roger still would have beat you Ya Boo Sucks to you, but honestly i watched some of your shots and they were terrific and i think for the first tiome in a long time Roger the Robot will be looking over his shoulder this year and if he does i bet he will still get targets down, top 3 to look out for in springers Roger, Dan and Levi and juniors Greg im sorry but you have a big challenge this year from Will and Evan and all the other youngsters this year.
    PCP could be anyone`s
.22 well David needs more competition please

Should be a great year for the comps

I enjoyed yesterday, but I'm convinced that when my lad Owen shoots with me, he costs me at least 2 points, But he enjoyed it.

I'm up for the 27th, and the 28th at the Greyhound.

No wonder I couldn't see the close ones.. Only noticed after about ten pegs that my parallax was set to 35 yards instead od 24....Doh........

I had been using my scope as a pattern for someones sidewheel and I must have moved it..

Wayne, in the very nicest way, you're not wrong. Although recent scores haven't reflected it, I have found that I spend so much time making sure that they are ok,that when it comes to your time to shoot you've lost the imputus and drop stupid shots.

I find myself more concerned as to where he is, he's good at putting his gun away, put can't keep still and ends up in my peripheral vision.
I'm glad he's not old enough for the nationals yet...

Crikey ... you think you have problems! Seriously though Anne is a far better shot than me .... so beware of 'youngsters'.

And to Steve and other course setters: great course, thank you. I still think the 'your choice of position' shoots are the best.
    Cheers, Phil

    Sorry, nothing quite so glamorous.
Just think of me as ensuring those nasty little fungi do not destroy your crops ... including grapes for wine.
