I think I have the old type Anschutz cast alloy buttplate and butt hook, I bought it for a 300 mt rifle 30 years ago and never used it as I felt more comfortable with the standard rubber plate.
The problem is I'm not sure where it is! I have seen it recently and think I know but it will involve a bit of rumaging, so it may be Monday before I know but is this the type you are after?
    best regards

It's an ally butt pate with the centre wheel attaching screw, and a separate adjustable alloy butt hook that locates on the bottom of the plate. All new in box with allen key! Anschutz Part no. 4922.
