BARPC now have additional access to Popham Woods

Hi all

We are pleased to announce that following negotiations with our landlord and a very successful trial period, Basingstoke Air Rifle & Pistol Club now have access to Popham Woods on a regular basis for training and informal shooting.

Initially this will be for one Sunday morning per month but could be increased depending on demand.

Therefore, if anyone was interested in joining the club but had held back due to a lack of woodland to shoot in, we hope this will make the club more viable.

We've had a great resurgence in comp shooting since last September with 3 teams in the winter HFT league as you'll be aware.

We've also got a few willing to have a go at FT, hence the FT comp being run at the Bunny Bash as per the other thread in events.

We're hoping for a good turnout as FT needs a bit of a kickstart again.
