    Best HFT target 2004

.well I only made 1 official HFT round this year (Millride). I did make a few of the early year ones.....Quarry, Woodlands, Bramshall.....

Anyway....I'll have to settle on reading thru' your memories.......How about this for a thread.....

What was your favourite target of the year.......?

It can be a target that was visually pleasing.......surrounded by foliage in a dense wooded area with sunlight filtering thru' the trees (how poetic)!

    Or....

It can be a real back breaker to get into a decent position to take the shot!

    Or....

Just a really satisfying 'kill' (2 pointer) for you!

Good luck to everyone at the gathering.

    Boz

Yep it was a good one, when I got there the visability was dark and I got the kill and was waiting for it to drop on my head. He said it will be higher next year.

The plane at Ford was interesting, especially in the strong wind.

One at Plymouth, I shot through a stood-up pallet where all the r/h shooters could get to the target as per normal.

Got to go with Louis & Barry the one in the tree at Redferns really did'nt think i would get a kill lying flat on my back. Anyway Bozz are you not coming to Millride you can still shoot in the allcomers round, or if not shooting just come for a quick visit, hope to see you and Trace there.

    cheers

    Been a few this season.

All the 5 kneelers i got at Redfearns

Quarry Pre season the getting targets 27,28,29 & 30 aiming off the plate to get kills and still only just creeping in.

Plenty more but to many to post.

    Where to begin Boz...

    Ones that spring to mind...

Plymouth Peg 17 "in the stream."

Chester Peg 3, mistaking it for a 40mm Kill and punching the floor (good job it was mud and no rocks)

Lea Valley Peg 17 and 21 (remember Pete )

Ford Ranges Peg 3/4 The plane? nice target in the wind, 5/6 Drive by shooting and Colins shot on 27/28 "live target"

    Emley Moor Forget them all

Redfearns Loads of good targets, seeing the 30+ yard kneeler go down and a few 45 yarders, plus target 25...

Lets hope there are more of the same next year

    SITTING DUCKS don't count.

    Roy,

Dragon won't be there Sunday......she's at a witches convention at her mother's. I may be there Sunday afternoon.........just to say hello to everyone. If I make it, it will be after the last book-in time (and probably the start of the all-comers shoot) so no shooting.
