I am sure you will get more information than I can give but it is a Meyer& Grammelspatcher (please excuse the spelling). This was the firm that we know of as Original, Diana etc.They were made I believe around about 1900.
Some were smooth bore and some wire rifled.Now wait for the experts.I think they are very nice guns and a good addition to any collection.

That's a Diana model 19/Ansonia/Dolphin. The earlier MGR models had a straight flange at the trigger block where it met the stock.
