For sale: Loading mallet for boxed pistol...

This was made for me by an old man shortly before he died to go with a percussion target pistol.

It's turned from yew wood with black leather faces on either end of the mallet. At the other end is a brass ferrule. The mallet head is the shape of a beer barrel. The length of the head is about 63 mm. The end diameters are about 38mms. The shaft is 10mms and the overall length is about 33cms. There is a fancy turning to the shaft where it is fixed to the head.

One or two dings, but in good overall condition.
