    Walthe LP53

    I have the chance to buy a lovely Walther LP53 from a friend who has inherited it . It is complete with wooden cocking aid, barrel weight, two spare sight elements, brass jag rod and German manual, all in the original cardboard box . It apears brand new/unfired.

    Serial number is 85789

    Does anyone know the fair price for this as the guy is completely ignorant of air weapons and is selling the pistol for charity.?

    If I buy I don't want to rip him or the charity off but as I don't collect or use pistols very much now; I need to take a balanced view and may just be advising him on price so that he can sell it elsewhere.

    Help please ?.
