Question Help ID two PCP rifles; Titans?

    Hi folks!
I’ve taken in a couple more waifs and strays but need some help identifying them if anyone can help? These are two PCP rifles and I think they’re both Titans. There are no makers names on them anywhere, but the brass band on both and cocking arm on one look very like a rifle used by a chap at one of the clubs we go to which I know is a Titan / Falcon.

Rifle 1: .177 single shot and of carbine length so quite short and stubby. Bolt with probe to load and then cocking bolt to actually make ready to fire.

    Whole rifle; http://i377.photobucket.com/albums/o...fink/carb3.jpg
    Bolt side of action; http://i377.photobucket.com/albums/o...fink/carb4.jpg
    Action otherside; http://i377.photobucket.com/albums/o...fink/carb1.jpg

Rifle 2: .177 with 8-shot rotary magazine. Compared to the first rifle this one is enormous as the cylinder is longer than the barrel on it! Again, absolutely no makers name. We think the magazines may have some internal O ring missing, as at the moment pellets simply drop straight through it.

    Bolt side of action; http://i377.photobucket.com/albums/o...fink/full1.jpg
    Action otherside; http://i377.photobucket.com/albums/o...fink/full2.jpg

    Magazines; http://i377.photobucket.com/albums/o...tfink/mag1.jpg
    http://i377.photobucket.com/albums/o...tfink/mag2.jpg

What I’d really like to know is what models they are so I can hopefully find some spec data for them; expected shot counts etc. And whether this magazine does have something missing???

    Thanks folks!

hi the first rifle is a falcon it looks like a fn19 sb the second rifle is a falcon raptor fn19rb .i am saying fn19 but you need to what size the action is as it could be a fn12 .the breech block on titans where different as the loading tray had one side higher where falcon's have a flat loading tray. atb mark

Hi Mark, many thanks for that! Both of these have flat loading trays.
I don't know if the serial numbers would help in determining an approx age, the carbine has a no in the 99000's and the longer one in the 71000's.

Yes indeed -- and nowt missing from magazines, either (had a Raptor .177 myself, which is now owned by our Baz. Smashing rifle, albeit a little agricultural ). Atb: G.

    Pcp's

I THOUGHT THAT THE F12, FN19 DENOTED THE AIR CYLINDER LENGTH. Jenny Dipple

    ... It does/did, ergo No.1 is an FN12, No.2 an FN19.

A bit rudimentary, non-regged (with the knock open valve) But delivers the goods.

We thought the 8 shot magazine had something missing as pellets fell through from one side to the other. But a further search indicates this is quite normal for the plastic 8 shot mags and that all we need is the 'brass thimble'. But as we do not have one I shall have to make one ....

    Cheers, Phil
