    Is it legal to buy or sell a Brocock Air Cartridge Pistol with out an FAC.

    The guns cannot be sold / transferred under any circumstances. The actual TACs can be bought and sold without restriction.

    Thanks for your reply Gordon.

    I was offered one of these pistols at a car boot yesterday and somewhere in the back of my mind a bell started ringing so I walked away. However, it niggled me as to whether I had missed a gem so that is why I was asking about it. Thank heavens, you put my mind at rest.

    like its been said before.....they are many out there who do not know about the ban even today...it was badly advertised

    can you have one on a FAC?
    they guys at my rifle club said there was an outright ban on them?

    Existing owners only were given the option of applying for a FAC to keep any they owned, but (I think) even among those who did, further acquisitions or trades are not allowed.
