Hi Steve,

A lot of people use a glove for a bit of extra grip, but mainly to take the 'pulse' out of the shot. While you are taking aim, you may see your crosshair bounce in time to your heartbeat, using a glove helps to eliminate this. Any fairly thick glove will do for a start, the target gloves most people use are around £30.
