Sussex Interclub Round 3 @ Swallows FTC

Evening all

Just the usual brief thread to announce that it is now just one week to go to Round 3 of the SIHFT, this time hosted at Swallows Field Target Club.

With the typical 10:00 kick off, and critical (miss it and you cannot enter ) safety brief shortly before-hand, booking in will commence around 09:00 although the gates and zero range will open around half eight.

Fees are as per our normal rates - i.e. £4.50 for seniors and £3.50 for juniors (under 18).

Food and drinks will be available.

Parking will be IN the field, so please follow the marshalls directions.

Please remember that the site is shared with people fishing, so be on your best (quietest) behaviour, especially when shooting on the woodland lanes adjacent to the carp lake.

You can find us on THIS map - just click on the excalamation mark to the south of Lewes and zoom in to your hearts content. There will be signs at the entrance from the C7 (Lewes to Newhaven) road. For most satnavs, try finding the junction of Swanborough Hollow and The Droveway. There is no more accurate local postcode.

Fingers crossed for the weather - as latest forecast suggest a tad damp and breezy; be better if REALLY wet and windy !!

I did manage to read that bit though and totally agree. Swallows always put on a good day and we're not in monsoon season either!
