The pic's not very good but it looks like a 1930s mod V or mod V Junior repeater. Maybe orth £400 to £500 in reasonable condition, more if in excellent condition.

The Haenel model 1V-E repeater also has a drum magazine on top of the breech, with a Militia style wooden buttstock behind the trigger guard.
Total length is 43.3 inches, weight 6.6lbs. Dates from 1927-39.
Value in very good condition £450 - £500, perhaps more on the U.S. market.
