''Anshutz Erzeugnis model 275''

Hi

Can any collector give me any information, and valuation on the following air rifle that I recently bought on an impulse

The rifle is a a BB 4-40 calibre ''Anshutz Erzeugnis model 275'' aprox 41 inches long with a beech stock. It has a six shot magazine. It has a 2 and a half inch bolt.

It has a safety catch which does not seem to work any idea of cost to have it repaired. I would also like to buy some ammunition for the magazine which is empty.

The rifle is in MINT CONDITION and in a plain cardboard box

Any info would be appreciated

mostly used in shooting galleries,probably worth about £150 if truly mint.afaik they are still made.

Only use 4.4 lead ball ammo...

I have one of these, I think they stopped making them last year, they were around 600 pounds to buy new at that time,, you may be able to get ammo from Manchester airguns, 0161 6817947 ask for Alan,
it uses copper coated lead balls, 4.4 mm,

Anschütz is stopping in the begin of 2009 with production of the 275 model.

Ammunition for these classcics are easily available from Protek supplies. atb
