    Webley pistols info please.

    Does anyone know how many Webley senior straight grip pistols were made and also the Target model.
    Which is the rarest of the two ?.

    Straight grip Seniors

    According to Gordon Bruce, a total of 7000 straight grip Seniors were made between 1930 and 1935. I've never seen a production figure for the Mark II Target model, as this was included in the figure for the Mark I. The total for Mark I plus Mark II was 30,000. My guess is that around 4000 of these would be the Target model.

    Definitely the rarest - becoming very hard to find and not cheap when you do.
    Very nice pistol though....
