First , I`d like to thank Greg and Rob and the Kibby guys for putting out a terrific course today. For some reason everyone enjoys shooting over water and we had our share of them , the ranges are looking great and can only get even better as the greenery takes hold.
We needed some shoot-offs to decide some places and they became mini
marathons , albeit very entertaining.
Colin snatched 1st (.177) from Mike and Toby captured 3rd fom Simon. Mike Carney and Giles Tibbitts had a shoot off for 2nd and 3rd (.22).
We all try to learn a little each time we go shooting with buddies and I learnt today..."don`t ask the missus to put names on shirts that she`s never heard of before".......cheers Ralprauch Presland, lesson learnt

Well done Giles and Greg, some good shooting there chaps.
The toxicity of lead varies, depending upon the weight of its doseage and its velocity!
Sorry to have missed the shoot cooking at GP2 but well done to all ,
see you soon

what a cracking day for a shoot ,thoroughly enjoyed banter with anne and phil russell who kindly let me join them, just hope anne has stopped laughing now after i hit the wood post on no4 ,which was my last shot of the day and i went and got my only donought aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggghhhhhhhh!.
nevermind still got a personal best wahay.
An absolutely superb shoot so many thanks to all who made it happen
I had my concerns as we motored up the A14 with a couple of grey clouds overhead, and especially as we passed the small windfarm near Kettering and saw all the turbines spinning away like propellors.
As it turned out.... an absolutely superb day with bright sunshine and just the lightest of breezes to create havoc when you least expected it. I half expected those two rats on the river to have a small outboard motor and pulley system rigged up to start cresting back and forth at any moment.... as it was I still managed to plate the beggers as they sat there nonchalantly bobbing up and down.
A very big well done to Paul on his PB and some superb shooting. No, I couldn't believe it when you donuted the last target either
always seems to be teh way though doesn't it, 10mm mini kill at 30 yards no problem, full size kill at 8 yards and your brain just goes into involuntary muppet mode!
Congrats to all the winners, I'll try and get some more practice in before Sheppie
On behalf of Kibby thanks to the organisers of the Springgun Championships for giving us the opportunity to put on a round again for you this year. It is always a pleasure to have the twanger shooters come and shoot at Kibby.
Congratulations to all the winners today, some great shooting on a tricky course

Sorry to have missed today,
However three days on the Kibby a week means stay at Home Sundays,
Super scores all, and well done to the top guns, Ratty
Thanks to all at Kibworth for a great day out! A nice testing course that kept you on your toes and as Anne said, tough ones went down and the so-called "gimmees" stayed up The rain I predicted only happened when we got back to London
Thanks to Don for great company on the way round too
It was really great to win one of the superb UK SPringer 2010 medals and it will take a lot to top that one. What a great design, lads!
It was a slight improvement from the DNF in R1 You can keep Satan's silly little caliber, I'll stick with my "jug o' lead" for springers, thanks.
