That's a very nice box.

I've a HS9A with a cracked barrel casing and a tatty box, but the box - although marked 'HS9A' - has pictures of a gun which appears to have a separate frame and air cylinder/barrel casing. I assume this is the earlier HS9?

Yes Iain, the picture on the box is the first type,the " HS9 ".
Made beginning the 60,s to 70,s.

The HS 9A is made from the begin 1970,s to 1997.
