    Hi
Jenny could be right; indeed a Chinese rifle was my first thought.
If it is, I suspect a model known as the 'Fast Deer'.
Does it have a safety catch on the rh side of the trigger ... set into the stock and acting as a simple rotating block on trigger action? Does it have an anti-bear trap mechanism worked by the cocking lever?

    Cheers, Phil

YES it does have the trigger catch and I am fairly certain the bear trap as well.Although I am not to sure but it fits your description.

    Thanks for your info.

I Had one of these about three years ago and it was a good accurate gun, but only doing about 9 ft lbs.
In fact the best chinky gun I have ever shot!

Imported by KASU but not all of them were laser marked on the action to show this.
    Hope this helps??

Thank you for the info.It only has a s/n. I woul like to see a schematic of the trigger mech.I found a coil spring next to the trigger doing nothing and cant work out if it belongs to the trigger. The gun was packed with axle grease this kept the spring in . Also the cocking lever arm is 2pce but they are not exactly the same they are curved in different places was yours the same?.or has it been altered.I would imagine its fairly old,it shoots OK but needs the cocking mechanism sorted. And looking at it I cant see that to be a problem.

    Cheers M
