Pistol course with the National Coach at Bisley - places available

I've just heard that there are a couple of spaces available for some pistol coaching this weekend at Bisley. There are 2 courses: Saturday is basic pistol skills and Sunday is mental training. They are taught by Tom Redhead - the national pistol coach. Cost is £65 for each day. Sorry - can't find further details on line.

Yes I was there for both days and it was excellent, Highly recommend it but they don't run it very often and places are limited so I suggest you try to register interest now for the next workshops whenever they may be.
Tom knows his stuff and these workshops are great value.

Can you give a rough breakdown of what's covered and how many people were there?

Jenny at the NSRA should be able to tell you when the next one will be. There are two days - the first covers the physical side, the second mental. I attended only the first day. This included (from memory):
- stance
- grip
- sight picture
- physical conditioning exercises
- the shot sequence
- dry fire technique

Although I have read a lot about the subject I still learned a lot. My scores have fallen apart since but I'm hoping that it's only while the new techniques are bedding in.
