I've been clean for a week, no purchases, though i have been tempted.

Paul i know you have discovered the joys of 6mm BB, have you tried the 4" chrome Dan Wesson, it really could be the most fun pistol i have ever owned, everything about it puts a smile on your face.
Fancy shooting your air pistols & rifles a bit more, then guy's & gal's come visit us at the
UBC for loads of fun competitions for all types of air pistols and rifles.

That's on my list as well. I had bought the 6" BB version but it was faulty and I exchanged it for a 6" black 6mm BB I've also got two extra speedloaders and shells as well

This is Dirty Harry on the shooting range in Magnum Force, doesn't get much cooler than this

Also as an extra bonus, 6mm BB's are so cheap, I use the heavyweight 0.20g white ones like these

Oi you bu99gers! I've just got a Premier, so knocking one off my list, and thought at last, the list is getting shorter. Then you start this 6mm BB lark and off we go again.
    I want one too!!!

I've been clean for exactly one calendar month now, since the Alecto.

I can't really pretend to be virtuous though as I'm saving for another FT rifle. At that level of expenditure, you just can't give in to temptation until the cash is in your sweaty mitts/account. I'm going to be selling some stuff to part finance it too. Anyone want a very nice HW80K? Sorry Nick it's in the girls' calibre!

I foresee severe temptation resulting from the forthcoming Pistol Gala though.

Where do you get these guns apart from off the forums? I know the Dan Wesson's are classed as airguns as > 1J energy but then they come under the VCRA distance selling rules?

Actually no don't tell me (see above post)!!

I tried the Dan Wesson a few weeks back >>Pic<< . It's an excellent pistol indeed & with plenty of the speed loaders it's a blast

I've also had an email from solware & they are getting in the new range of Umarex blowback 0.177 Glock & P226 pistols. Hopefully I'll be able to do a reveiw of those soon

As Jason said they (solware) are very good people to deal with.

    Regards
    Paddy.

I've managed to buy NO pistols/rifles for several months.

However, I've treated almost all my guns to a new sight or accessory!

Including 2 x 1.5-5x20 WTC, a green laser, a lamp, a bipod, a sling, red dot. JSR scope, shooting gloves, silhoutte target/pellet catcher, knockdon target and a Real Tree baseball cap ..

I now feel the need for a Gamo Compact (with a Nick trigger tune), S&W 6" and another Crosman 2240 project and a Rohm would be nice. I also think I need a .25 Lighning to make my life complete .... for now.

Not only have I bought the 8" Dan Wesson from claude, I've also bought a brand new Ruger Superhawk in shiny shiny chrome

I've sold the Rohm to Bill, so watch out dealers here I come
