Yep I've been there. Mouse pointer hovering over the Submit button "should I, shouldn't I?"
I have to admit though, this time there was very little hesitation. I'd already decided to get one last week and missed it so when this came up it wasn't too hard.

Hi everyone, my name is Jef and I'm a pistolaholic.
I am doing well in recovery at the moment, I haven't bought a pistol since the pair of Nemesises (Nemesisi?) last February. I weakened slightly over a FAS in the sales section recently but by the time I'd made my mind up it was gone, so I stayed clean. I also nearly bought Fooq's FWB300s, not a pistol I know, but it scratches the same itch, that's gone too, and not to me.
Now I have a bad case of delerium tremens, I have this incredible urge to by a pistol. I have a list ready too, in no special order;-
    Early Webley Premier, all blued.
    A FAS 604.
    Beretta PX4
Skif 3000 (yeah I know, but every collection should have one )
I think I need help. I know, I'll buy a Chrony instead and see if that helps.

    B*gger,
I'm off work with a knackered right knee and have nothing to do, and to make it worse I've fallen off the wagon!
I have a cunning plan for a SSP to MSP conversion & needed a good base to work with
Cookie forgive me for I am weak!

Nick! Noooo not a nearly mint 75!
Butcher a 2004E or Gamo thing instead!

Will be very interested in progress reports though, must have pics too!

The plan is not to modify the standard bits but to make new ones and end up with two interchangeable sets of internals

Oh that's ok then, get cracking!
To reiterate: we do need pics though!

I still need to get round to servicing my 75. If you could note the relevant o-ring sizes as you go that would be grand too

Seriously though; very exciting project. Lowish power is the only downside of the 75.

Hi Sol, still here. Sunny weather and she who must be obeyed thinks it should all be used up on garden projects, re-pointing the chimney and fixing a new TV aerial, so I've been a little busy lately. I only just managed to shoot the 10m and I'm rapidly running out of time for the PP and vintage comps, and we're away this weekend.
