    diana model 27 first pattern

    i bought a diana model 27 first pattern from bbs have refinnished it including the making of a new piston washer,just need barrel pivot screw and cocking lever screw to compleat does anyone have any idea where to get said bits.thanks.

    Hi,
    Nice neat job,if you want deep cold blue always remember the secret is degreasing then Apply coat after coat... I always use G96 cream...

    thanks for your comment,i used a birchwood casey kit which included rust and bluing remover,degreaser and liqiud perma blue,i gave all parts several coats not perfect but good enough looks like and old finnish,and whats more it is shooting again.

    Another old basket case shooting..neat result.....I was not being critical...about the Blue...

    now fully working new spring and barrel pivot bolt for model 27 fitted perfect good power and fairly accurate for a smooth bore.
