Glad to hear that all is well Jan, love the Uzi analogy!

    Stay well, both of you.

    Red face Impatient patient!

I thought I was better than I am, and was all ready to walk half a mile this afternoon to a little deli for lunch with my hubby, but after a block and a half, I was tuckered out!

It is frustrating to be so weak! I need to learn a little patience so I can be a better patient!

I will go through six weeks of radiation to make sure that they didn't miss any stray cancer cells (kind of like shooting an Uzi into the forest to make sure that you got all of the vermin ).

I feel great, and just have a few aches and pains occasionally, so am hoping to be back at the competition next week.

I appreciate all of your concern and prayers!

    Hi Jan,
Good to see you back on the BBS and VERY good to hear that it looks like they got all the cancer.

Radiation Thereapy ain't going to be pretty but hey, I guess it's best to be safe than sorry.

Nuala and I will continue to pray for you and keep you in our thoughts (and hopefully at the forefront of the great mans attention) until you are pronounced well and truly clear of this evil beast.

All our love and best wishes
