Excuse my abject ignorance but is it spray paint or did you use something else? Must have taken ages to do the whole gun!

i had to use normal laqour to finish it as i didnt have any matt, but when i get some matt laqour i'll rub it back a bit and spray it again, its not that bad really think the camera makes it look more shiny than it actually is, jays

my shootin buddy HORSEDUDE is the same mate, but to be fair it gets used for hunting only so no big deal really, i just like the look of them camo'd, its like marmite hah ah

I feel the same,
Its a great job though and I might have a go with one of my rougher rifles.

Did u just use a variety of cellulose aerosols? any templates?

no templates mate, you just spray the whole thing in primer, if you use a khaki colour it will show threw and adds to the finish,

then grab yourself a few hand fulls of grass and open them out into an upside down fan shape and hold it against the area your gonna paint, i used khaki, green, brown and black.

if you go on youtube theres a guy on there shows you how to do it, step by step. very useful.

i like the look of it painted, but will get another one sooner or later and keep it standard, i think i did it more just to see if i could and what it would look like.
