    Seeing as it's a pilot scheme - sounds like just the kind of 'loophole' that could be closed by 'extending' the scheme accross the UK

    If some kind of licencing did come in, would air pistols be exempt? Surely a HW40 putting out 2.5 ft lbs wouldn't need an FAC?!
