    Bisley LRG

Got a tin of these to try through my recently SFS'ed HW98, they recommended them. I'm going to try them tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone has used them ? They dont seem to get mentioned often.

They seem a nice shape, and nicely weighted for a springer.

See how they group vs JSB's and HnN FT's tomorrow.

Good pellets, good balistics too - in fact for the moderate weight they are very good... AA fields/JSBs however are a smite better is most guns I use them in...
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

Well the LRG's just about nudge the JSB's into second place, shot some nice groups with both, and some appauling ones due to me being a bit rusty with a springer.

Tightest group of the day was definately an LRG one, about an inch less drop @55 yards from a 30 yard zero too.

Didnt bother with the H+N's in the end, it got too cold!

I can definately recommend LRG's for springers though.

I am looking into these as they are the lightest quality .22 I can find. Just for the extra speed and hence less curved trajectory. Have pellpax, just need a long range...
