    Arrow 27th June 'Oaks' Open / League Results!

    Oh!...dearie....dearie me!

    We made it a bit tougher, to compensate for the 'lack of wind'....well it worked!..

    Recoiling = + 3 included below.

    1) Charles Peal..54 (no one deserved that more, top shooting)

    2) Birthday Bob.. (Pattenden)..53

    2) Mike Byford..53

    3) Jon Fairman..51

    4) Chris Gent..50

    4) Terry Aiken..50 (nice old fella)

    4) Spencer Fairman..50

    5) Graeme Cargan..49

    6) Nigel Tostevin..47

    7) Richard Chase..46....(anyone seen my bolt)??

    8) Simon Williams..45 (R)

    8) Eddie Phillips..45

    9) Craig Cheek..42

    10) Maria Fitzgerald..41

    10) Pat Fitzgerald..41 (R .22)....that's going in the cupboard!!

    11) Les Gunter..36 (All Standing...and enjoying it!!)

    Good turnout, thanks everyone for helping out!!....It makes it worthwhile!

    That was a very difficult course, well done everybody!

    Thank you Oakies - great fun as ever.

    Forgot to check my bolt was shut not once but twice - oh the shame

    Never mind - I've had a dip in the paddling pool, taken the dogs for a walk and am now enjoying a nice refreshing Pimms dontcha know before sparking up the barbie - I luurve summer

    Great fun in the sun, happy to have helped Charles out with a couple of his shots, but worth it to go round with a top bloke, well done Charles.

    Well shot Charles, good score for such a tough course.
    I almost went to Buxted today, the lure of 3 positions and
    "kill or nil" was almost too much, but the overwhelming urge
    to beat Mike was even greater. Alas a draw was the best
    I could manage with my plastic Ultra, What gun do you shoot Mike?

    Wish you had gone to Buxted....

    Actually my rifle was shooting off by a few mill...which would accout for the 15mm staying up!........Oh! and the zero!
