I use 165g Nosler partitions in my 30-06 for wild boar and so far have had great results what bullets are you guys using for boar ? have you tried 150g bullets and if so what was the results ?

I'll second that - they are not bullet proof and NPs are possibly the ideal construction for this job.
No pig will ever notice the 15gn difference if shot in the heart or head!

I used to use 180 gr speer round nose bullets in my .308 but now i use 265gr Hornadys in my .444 .Bigger the better when dealing with driven boar is the golden rule i find.

I used 175grain Nosler last year........ Did the job.
Upon reflection, I would opt for a semi-auto shotgun with solid slugs. We were shooting up close and being able to 'rattle off' three shots in very close sucession would have been a distinct advantage IMO.

I would give Barnes TSX a go, I've used them on all types of deer with great results.
