I actually own an FAC Hornet, rifle length, in .22" and can quote accurate figures for mine. My Hornet gives 38 shots per fill at 870fps using 5.52 AA or Webley Lazadome pellets, which are my preferred ammo. It uses little air per fill because the reservoir is tiny, I was told about 125cc. The rifle shoots extremely accurately with a variety of pellets - Bisley Magnum, Crosman Premier, 20.5g Exterminator being just a few. It will produce single hole groups at 50 yards little bigger than a .22" pellet with 28.5g Dae Sung but MV is a slow 670fps. That figure is only reduced by 97fps over a distance of 41yards as measured on my double chrono. range. Residual energy being 20.93ft/lbs at that distance. I have asked JB to modify the rifle so that velocity is lifted but have asked for the number of shots to be a minimum of 25 per fill. He has agreed, when time permits.![]()
