    Exclamation Giffard 8mm (need to sell).CLOSED

    Hello Guys, I have purchsed a giffard few weeks ago, after looking to buy one for ages. Unfortunately I have to part with it as I need to quickly pull the finances together to pay for my course.

    Giffard is in good condition, in good working order. Comes with a fill adaptor.
    I will post pictures as soon as I will figure out how to post them.

    I bought it for 900. Asking for an offer as close to that as your wallet will let you. Open to suggestions.
    Would prefer a face to face to avoid posting this antique.
    Prepared to meet half way.
    Again open to suggestions.

    If anyone knows a more specialised forum where people would be more interested in antiques, please let me know. ( I am aware that I should not advertise on 2 forums at a time)

    If you know somebody looking for a giffard, please spread the word.

    Dealing from under the table. I sooo know the feeling. My excuse was: Oh I have taken one of my rifles to have a fill adapter made. Left with an empty gun bag, came back with a rifle . Naughty.

    For what it's worth.....as a long standing member & someone who knows both Patf & Willem personally....don't let their low post count make you think they arn't genuine...they are both as good as their word.

    Patf, was over at my place this morning to check out the gun. But he was looking for a different variation of the giffard.

    If the existence and quality of the rifle or me as a seller causes doubt, patf has the proof.

    Still going, still need the money.
