Danish oil is always good but don't use it like a varnish.
Apply Danish by rubbing in, waiting 15mins then wiping/buffing off excess. Then 6 hrs later do the same.
10 coats later you should have a nice satin finish on the stock and plenty of protection.

CCL kit includes red oil and hardener traditional takes a long time but a super job
I agree with Mikes. Use Alkanet oil for colour (TD can sometimes look a bit yellow) and a proper blended oil intended for gunstocks.
I have an oil finished Ginb in Teak, HW100 in sig.
i just ordered the ft 04
expecting in 3 weeks and going to oil it myself also.
get it cammo'ed by Pad-E or creosoted![]()
Mark, Tung oil is the best I've come accross as it's a nice matte finish which can easily be buffed up using wax. It's whatI have on all my guns.![]()

Thanks for the advice guys, so its down to CCL oil, Danish oil or Tung oil (alkanet oil for colour).
Ive got some CCL oil and Rubi Tong has said i can use his natural danish oil, im guna have to see about tung oil ryan ive never heard of that before.
Again thanks guys
PS: i didnt think at the time so i never asked Andrea (of ginb) but do the stocks come with the appropriate fittings ie: bolts to secure the stock to my gun?
