    would you get a s&b scope hydorgraphic dipped

    as above got a 3-12x50 pm model (not the pmII)
    need advice bit who would get theres dipped at hydrographics (scope that is)

    You'd be mad to.

    The only reason anything gets dipped these days is to hide scratches or rust, the resale value would be destroyed.

    If you want to camo it up, use some no-mar tape which sticks to itself like cling film.

    i would disagree with your idea as to the only reason things get dipped, that said there is no way i would get a scope like a S&B dipped as it would effect the sale value.

    As long as you can't see yourself selling it (and know that you probably won't get as much for it if you do), and you have the money, go for it if that's what you want. It'll look ratherrrr nice, plus you'll be hard pushed to find another like it.
