I think they do see some colour, however I don't bother with camouflage for my squirrels. They don't seem particularly picky

    Thanks ED J

I've just been to the manor house that has the Squirrel problem and have got my permission slips signed, Lovely people they see my notice up in their village butchers and rang me. the notice had only been up for 4 or 5 days so I'm well chuffed.

    Regards

    Hi Martin
What did you put on your notice then and what did you say to your butcher to let you put it up?

    Sounds like a great idea!

I would've thought the extra rabbit income for the butcher would be incentive enough to allow it

I just asked him if he would put my notice up, my wife and I bought some meat off him, this butcher slaughters all there own and make all of what they sell.

I haven't been to this butcher for years (out lying village)but as my permission is his next door nieghbour I shall pop in.

He makes some really nice Haslet and Faggots etc.

He doesnt offer that much for rabbits paunched (£1.00) but I shall give him a brace or two as a thank you.

I will post my notice for all on a seperate thread for all to use and adapt if they so wish.

    Regards

    Martin
