2 inert flintlock pistols for sale

A little bit weathered, which may even add to the appeal!

Hi can you confirm if these are original or repro please?

Also, id possible, could you manage a close up of the proof marks if any?

    Many thanks

I'm betting repros. They look too clean and shiny to be originals!

    Yes repros's.

Just to confirm - what are the proof marks? If it is a manufacturers id, I think they have something like BK98 stamped on them. I will check and photo when I get home.
Forgive my lack of knowledge and terminology: the 'click-back-and-strike' bits actually do cock and strike forward when you pull the trigger.

These aren't inert pistols, they are replica zinc alloy Denix made items.

    Here's one of them here.....

    Non-firing replicas, I take it?

Yes Jim, they are a Spanish company and make a massive selection of replicas from matchlock muskets to MP40's.

Oh dear, it would appear I've not done my research very well! If only I'd found that site before I bought all these 'pistols'. The ones I've seen on Henry Krank were a lot pricier...
